01Turnkey Interiors
You hand over the keys. We hand them back.
Design, procurement, execution and handover under one contract, with one person accountable.

02Design Only
The drawings, the specification, and your own contractor.
Everything you need to build it, without us doing the building — for people who already have a trusted contractor.

- ₹250–400 per sq ft, fixed at the start
- Typical run
- 5–8 weeks to a complete set

- Measured survey and layout options
- Elevations and 3D views for every room
- Written material and finish specification
- Electrical and lighting layout
- Bill of quantities you can tender

03Kitchens
The one room where a bad layout is felt three times a day.
Modular or fully bespoke, planned around how the household actually cooks.

- 6–11 weeks

Open floors that are not loud.
Offices and studios, planned for acoustics and phased so your team keeps working.

- 10–20 weeks, usually phased
